DXLabSpotCollector shows 7.050 in the Freq column; 7.050 in the QSX column; and "QSX 7050" in the Notes Column.

OK. Please try this:
In the Capture window,
1. set the callsign to TE1ST and strike the Enter key
2. set the tx frequency to 7.050
3. set the rx frequency to 7.200
4. set the mode to SSB
5. click the Spot button
What spot notes were generated?
(The next version of DXKeeper provides the ability to generate "local" spots
from the Capture window, so we can do testing like this without bothering
the cluster community)
