I understand, John. I have not been able to find a reliable technique
for intercepting the URL being clicked on by the user in Pathfinder
and routing this to another web browser.

Pathfinder is essentially a customized version of Internet

There is no way to configure it to use Firefox.
He's not wanting Pathfinder to use Firefox, though. He's clicking
links for stations he finds in Pathfinder, and the clicks open a
new
browser, currently Internet Explorer.
Understandably, Pathfinder is coded around Internet Explorer, and
I
guess there's nothing we can do about that. But can't it be
modified
so that when I click on a link that calls another browser, it
opens
the default browser set in Windows (in my case, Firefox)?
