In the DXCC/Top panel on the Config window's Award tab, you have the
CW, Phone, 20m, 30m, and 40m boxes checked, meaning that you wish to
confirm QSOs will each DXCC entity on those bands, and in those modes.
Evidently, you have yet to confirm Montenegro on either CW or 20m;
that's why the Aging report's entry for 4O3A lists both CW and 20m.
The 5W1SA entry lists 30m because you evidently have confirmed
American Samoa in whatever mode this QSO was made (presumably CW or
RTTY).
The 9Y4D entry indicates that you don't have Trinidad confirmed for
phone, but do have it confirmed on the band on which this QSO was
made.
Were you to receive a confirmation of OM8A on 40m CW and re-run the
aging report, then the remaining three entries would appear, but with
only their bands noted; CW would no longer be needed.

Anyone else having this problem? Below is a representative excerpt
from the DXCC report "Card Aging". I'm at a loss as to why the mode
is not shown for some contacts, and in one of my rare phone QSO's,
no band. Am I missing something?
