Did you try the fix suggested in
/g/DXLab/message/228848? If so, was it successful? I am hesitant to do the registry edit unless it is an absolute last resort.? I am hoping there is another fix other than doing this as it seems risky
for me to do.?

So far I have done the following without any changes regarding the error on running the DX Marathon Progress Report:

- Ran Windows Update and Microsoft 365/Office updates.
- Performed an Online Repair for Microsoft 365.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft 365.
- Ran System File Checker (sfc /scannow), found no issues.
- Ran Windows Defender virus scan, found no issues.
- Checked and confirmed Temp folder permissions (your account and administrator have Full control).
- Added Windows Defender exclusions for DXLab and DXKeeper folders.
- Re-verified Microsoft 365 updates?
- Checked Event Viewer for errors related to the DLL issue (no errors or DLL names found).
- No Norton Utilities or other database software installed.
- I don¡¯t use Access directly, only via DXKeeper.
- System: Windows 11 build 26100, DXKeeper 17.9.9, Microsoft 365 Click-to-Run.

+ You are barking up the wrong tree. With the exception of making sure you aren't running Norton, none of those steps will be effective. The problem is that the installed instance of Microsoft's Jet Database Engine has become corrupt. Other than backing up all of your critical applications and files, wiping the C: drive, installing Windows, and re-installing your applications and files, this set of instructions is the only known? way to correct "error in loading DLL":
