The number of Spot Database Entries as shown in configuration spot database tab, does it count unique callsigns of spots or not?
+ The "Size Control" panel on that tab displays the number of Entries in your Spot Database. Since there can be multiple Spot Database Entries with the same callsign - because a station has been active on different bands, or in different modes, or at different times of the day - the answer to your questions is "not".

+ No. Why would that be useful?
