Following a successful migration to a new Win11 machine, my only issue is that I cannot get Autoscroll to enable automatically.
The appropriate tick box is enabled.

I have tried rebuilding and deleting the spots database. Autoscroll does change red/blue as expected but will not disable automatically; what next should I check?
