you are receiving a daily summary, or not receiving any email messages at all.
If that's the case, when something unusual or unexpected happens, I strongly suggest that your first move be to consult

to see if others are encountering the same behavior. If so, a recommended workaround will likely already be posted. This will reduce
the likelihood that you take steps that make your situation worse instead of better.
More than one DXLab user is re-installing Windows on his C drive when simply copying and re-naming a file would have immediately
restored normal operation.
