Commander Issues

 

Hello All,

After a Windows 10 upgrade last night I have the following issue. I finally got Commander to open after the program said it couldn't find it.?
Now the issue is when I try to upgrade fro 14.3.1 to 14.4.0 I get the following message

"Can't replace C:/DxLab/cl-vcommander.exe because it's either in use or write protected; commander has not been upgraded."

Any ideas??
