I’d enter ‘CA’ in TX# and ‘59’ then whatever the DX sends me as his power, I enter in RX# - instead of a serial number?

+ Section 4 of

+ defines the exchange:

4.1. W/VE stations send signal report and state or province.

4.2. DX stations send signal report and power (number or abbreviation indicating approximate transmitter output power).

+ The above table entry means:

A. record the “RST Sent” and “RST Rcvd” in each QSO’s and items, respectively

B. if you’re a W/VE station, capture your two-letter state abbreviation in the QSO’s item (set in “TX serial#” box on Configuration window’s Contest tab)

C. if you’re not a W/VE station, capture your power in each QSO’s item (set in “TX serial#” box on Configuration window’s Contest tab)

D. if you’re working a W/VE station, capture your QSO partner’s two-letter state abbreviation in the QSO’s item

E. if you’re not working a W/VE station, capture our QSO partner’s power in the QSO’s ? item
