HI again I have checked also the AVAST firewall settings and Commander is already permitted. I will try an version update tomorrow or later now am in the ARRL contest. I do not want to block my OP_system with a program that does not allow to do any operation after its installation other than a hard switch_OFF. Windows is very sensitiveto hard_switch_off.
