Shows typical settings for printing cards "4 up". As a starting point, select a paper size that is larger than what's needed in both dimensions.

That fixes the label. I thought had checked it. I also tried it in the printer.
Now to figure out how to print on cards.

Did you change the setting in the ¡°Single Label Orientation¡± panel as suggested?

SO with Single label selected.
Printer set to Landscape or Portrait Printing If I set it for Height
1.1 and Width 3.2 I get "Specified column 1 offset is too larg (maximum is -2.203472 inches)" The view is still wrong. It shows the printing as horizontal. The label is shown as vertical.
If I set it for Height 3.2 and Width 1.1 I get I don't get a message. The view is still wrong. It shows the printing as horizontal. The label is shown as vertical.
SO no matter how I set it up, it fails to print correctly.
Select QSL Card:
I found a driver that seems to appear to work in other programs and gives me the QSL Card as an option. Card is setup as Width 3.5 Height 5.5. I have the printer selected, the sized selected and source selected in QSL configuration - Printer.
I have Printer QSL Cards and preview checked, I get "Specified QSL Card width is too small" essage. When the preview starts up, it Width at 10.653 x Length 8.152.
Since I can't get the DXKeeper to print labels correctly, I am guessing cards are going to be the same issue....

I was trying to get a few cards and or labels done.
When I preview a single label, it always shows the printing as horizontal. The label is shown as vertical. The printer is a Dymo LabelWriter 450.
In the "QSL labels and address labels" panel on the "QSL Configuration" window's Printer tab, change the setting in the "Single- Label Orientation" sub-panel.
I don't see the Avery 4150 as an option (labels I have).
That's a function of your printer driver.
With printing directly on the cards, it does not see the custom paper type I have added to the print engine.
That's a function of your printer driver.
If I select 3x5, all I get is different error messages depending on what I choose. I am using a Brother HL-5250dn.
Without knowing what the error messages say, one can only guess: try selecting a larger paper size.
