I don't notice any difference between Global and when I did it all myself. Actually I upload to Global more often because I don't have to wait for a big batch and I don't have to find the time to do all the sorting etc to send to ARRL. So maybe the Global way is faster. The receiving DX has no way of knowing how he got the card. It just comes through his buro like before.

You can't blame Global if someone decides to stop answering buro cards
or if your buro takes forever to get to you. At 13 cents a card I can't
get too upset if they don't respond

Buck, had thought about doing that too, But, I see more and more
notices about this guy and that guy, no longer responding to Buro cards,
and wonder just how much waste of money and time it is to try that way.
Any idea as to the percentages of outgoing for which you eventually get
a response?

I would heartily recommend GlobalQSL.com for bureau cards. They print
your full-color custom-designed card, including the QSO information and
ship it to the foreign bureau for about 13 cents a card. DxLab will
generate the ADIF file you send to them. You can upload hundreds of
QSLs within a few minutes. No fuss, no muss, no printing, no ink, no
labels, no postage, no sorting and you don't have to be an ARRL member.
