www.qsl.net has been unstable this week; at this moment, HTTP access is
disabled, as I cannot browse to any of the site's pages.
I was able to check www.qsl.net/dxkeeper via FTP, and found all of the
version 1.2.3 updates to be missing. I restored them, so they should be
available when HTTP access returns.
