The ceramic insulator is 5/8 in. 16mm tall, threaded each end. ?Diameter could vary. Surplus sales does not list one that length. Just 3/4 in. ?The break seems to be old and parts of the ceramic have been lost, so there is little chance I could repair with epoxy. ?Likely hard to remove the screws without further damage. ?Possibly could make new ones with fiberglass dowel. ?3D print?? any other ideas?
I'd get one made out of Lexan, Teflon, nylon, etc. from eBay.

You might try wading through this link at Mouser. If you have the patience to configure all the many possible filters to search for a 16 mm x 5/8 x 6-32 female thread I’ll bet you will find what you need. (I’m assuming it’s 6-32. They have 8-32 as well.)
I’ve used them before to find various ?threaded spacers in both ceramic and nylon, hexagonal or round body.

If nylon is OK electronically, a good Ace Hardware store will typically have a good variety of nylon “spacers”. (Don’t say “holdoffs”; you’ll get a blank stare.) ?They come in different IDs, ODs, lengths, and wall thicknesses.

Looks like these have become a valued part. ?My local Tru-Value hardware store has nylon spacers, various lengths, various diameters, threaded and unthreaded. ?Not sure about the big box stores or other areas of the country.

Wow! ?Does anyone know where I can find a set like that. I need four for a Drake MN-4C
Guess I hit on a hot topic. ?I think various ceramic standoffs can be found at digiKey. Mf’d by Keystone. ?Not inexpensive and maybe a slow delivery. ? Likely other vendors will offer these. ?
