You might try wading through this link at Mouser. If you have the patience to configure all the many possible filters to search for a 16 mm x 5/8 x 6-32 female thread I¡¯ll bet you will find what you need. (I¡¯m assuming it¡¯s 6-32. They have 8-32 as well.)

I¡¯ve used them before to find various ?threaded spacers in both ceramic and nylon, hexagonal or round body.
