Well after goofing around with the voltage regulators connectors I now have display again. Do these yellow electrolytics look newer or are they original? Not sure why the connectors didn't clean

When you say "almost" it sounds like the displays are on and correct but DIM. If cleaning the connectors doesn't fix the issue, note that there is a 7805 regulator that only feeds the displays. It has
