All put back together and tested on my TR7 station without and with an amplifier. Seems to work perfect and meter tracks with my WH7 and MN 2700 fine. Seems like I got it at a good price and it works.

Well after a lot of trials and errors, I found that whomever placed it back in the cover put it on with the 4 outside screws for the case already installed. This is what was making it very difficult
