That is all that was provided in the manual and there was never a formal service manual published that I know of. Sorry, I don't have any photos of that area. Mine is in active use right now so I am not keen on pulling it out and opening it up. :) I think one of the other group members still has one in the process of repair. What is a little odd about these switches is the manufacturer appears to have used a generic DPDT switch body to make a dual channel SPDT switch by modifying the rocker assembly. Apparently there wasn't enough sales volume to spur other manufacturers to copy it. The interesting thing about the white switches in the amp I have been working on is that you can turn the HV on and off independently of the main power. I have found this handy. I kind of wish my L7 had them. I've got some NOS McGill DPDT inbound that look like they should be the same body. Yesterday, I finished rewiring the? Loudenboomer PSU ( L-4B transformer) from 120 to 240AC using 2 SSR's.
I know they have a little leakage but it really isn't much.?
Just now, I measured 0.7V AC on the primary and 3VDC on the high voltage line.
I'm? thinking it's probably not anything to worry about!

How much are you getting out? What do you see on your metering? Grid current and HV for your power output? What is the input SWR? How are you tuning up? Does it act the same on all bands? I think the first thing I would check is the grid meter calibration. If it is way off you could just not be loading it up properly. When Drake ran out of the original switches, all they could get for replacement purposes was the white colored ones.

Regardless of the amount of “leakage”, it becomes irrelevant when one considers safety concerns, which dictate that any high voltage amp or power supply should be disconnected from the AC line and preferably have its power connector encased in a lock-out box.
Since my near-death-experience with a Collins 30L-1, I will NEVER put a hand into an amp or power supply without the lockbox. I don’t need a padlock because I am the only one around the work but the lookout box is now an essential for me. I use a Carabiner to secure it.

the microphone. (really safe huh?)
I'm changing that one to an SSD also? (already have low voltage DC

I love these SSD's!
Their only problem is cost if you have to buy them new at retail.?
Mouser gets about $82 for new Opto22 240A45 SSR's......? and
Digikey gets about $80 for the 240A25 models.
It probably wouldn't be worth it if I had to pay retail for them.

Usually they are sequenced front to rear (A, B, C) then front or back. Study/follow the schematic to prove this out. They can be a bear to replace, but it can be done.?
