Hi Jim, No I do not see in the software or accompanying booklet where it will generate a Spice model.
It looks like a simple BJT single point model format can be found here:
It has been many years since I used Spice (but I remember having great?respect for it), so perhaps you could start with that from one point in my plots and then see how the curve that Spice generates matches the measured values I plotted.
