Welp...I fixed the symptom but don't know what the actual problem is.?

I bypassed my MN2700 tuner and ran the ladder line to my little MFJ Versa-Tuner II (that I can't seem to get rid of) and I can tune to full power with no issues.?
?
I'll have to dig into the MN2700 and see what's living inside of it that's resonant at 7MHz.?
