CW Filters and Passband Tuning?

Group- I've installed the set of three Noble CW filters in my R4C, and I like them.
I have noticed that if the 500 or 250 CW filter is selected, the passband center is no longer at zero (12 o'clock) - but is at 10 o'clock.
Passband center is OK on SSB or on 1.5.
Thoughts or suggestions?
