TR7 Digital Display +300Hz.

A certain TR7 shows 300Hz. high on the digital display; tuning to the known correct frequency?for several nets such that the received audio sounds correct always results in a 300Hz. indication to the high side. Received reports confirm the same; transmitted audio sounds great when the digi display is?+300. Is there an easy solution? Google search isn't much help.
