So I took it apart again. Put the clear disk right side up.
But I lost the washer that goes between the rubber cylinder and the rest of the
gear train. It fell out, rolled away... Despite a most diligent search, I was
unable to find it. Round things can roll far...
So I made a new one out of brass on my lathe. Works fine. Time to start playing
with that radio!
