I found one of those at a hamfest. Unfortunately, the inside was completely trashed, as was the meter movement, and I tossed it. I did get a nice leather case out of the deal.

Triplett made a really nice FET analog VOM, the model 603. It's
roughly the same case size as a Simpson 260. They're scarce but well
worth the search. It came standard from Triplett with a rugged 1M
probe.
*** I've got one of those. Hiding in the junk somewhere. Scored it at
the ham swap
for a whopping $10. INOP. I cleaned up the connectors, replaced the
multitude of
batteries - still INOP. The construction inside is daunting.... LOTS of
stacked
switches and connectors. Tightly packed.
I do like the idea of a ground-loop-proof battery powered VTVM.
