Does it take flowing water or only have a reservoir? Water cooled tubes needed distilled water or better. Very pure water is a good insulator. If this needs distilled water you could not just hook it up to a garden hose. There is also the rubbish in the water that gets deposited on anything, like the crust in a kettle.
