The knobs have become very tough to find.? The 2-A and 2-B were the only sets that used exactly these knobs (I believe the 2-C and 2-NT -- which was built 7-8 years after the last 2-B have slightly different knobs but I could be wrong).??
You could try and find similar knobs and be done, put some temporary knobs where the missing knobs were and scour the market for the correct knobs or go for something that's completely different.
When installing 2-series knobs, be very careful not to overtorque the setscrews in these knobs -- they split easily and once broken, they'll never be the same again.
I can imagine that someone who's good with 3-D printing may be able to make new ones but it will be difficult to apply the chrome plating on them like the originals.
