I believe those Rubycon caps are originals. I have seen Richy and Rubcon caps in a lot of Drake gear. Thats is what was in my TR7 when I replaced them 5 years ago. Even back then they had considerable leakage. I see some 1979 date codes on your chips. ~44 years for an electrolytic cap is probably pushing your luck.
