I wouldn;t say so much work as time?involved in packing and selling radios.? Packing supplies aren't that much and shipping through UPS/FEDEX are reasonable?if you get an account with them to receive reduced rates.? Us Old Farts seem to have an excess of time in between our?daily naps.? I sell most of my excess ham gear on the 3, QRZ, Eham, & QTH websites and local ham club swaplists. So far I have been avoiding ebay to sell although I do buy there.??

It¡¯s a lot of work to sell radios. Just packing and boxing ?! ?eBay takes %20 ? I would say if you could get 1/2 price of value of radios and don¡¯t have to do anything take it !? No packing shipping etc .? 73s ?Byron AC9PA? This must be a last resort way of unloading years of boat anchor radio equipment.? Wouldn't think you would get as many dollars from the auction? process as you would through individual local or ham website sources.? What kind of fees are charging using the Schulman Auction???
Myron KL7YY Yep us old farts ! I two years ago had over 30 working radios and 20 parts radios ! I¡¯m down to 3 radios !? Had to help a sk wife cleanup ! He had 200 items or more ! Don¡¯t want my kids to go through that .? It woke me up!? I still have a room 18x18 full but most of it will be easy to get someone to take it . We actually have a few younger hams in our club now so I¡¯d hope they would take it.? Yes our days are numbered just when we get old we realize they¡¯re getting a few! 73s Byron AC9PA? ?

so I just drive over!? Not that I buy much since I am already well stocked with the projects!? But, bottom line, check on the auction site and then contact Mr. Schulman with any further questions.?
