Yes, I've seen references to them being used for speaker
connections in automotive radios as well. With that market, it's strange how
they've disappeared like that.
Yes, Donnie's board holds the pins much
the same way as the original ones did.
I have a disassembled 2-AC (with
the pins still intact on the board) on the way so I don't think I'll need the
plug for now but I do appreciate the pin layout. I was wondering about those
dimensions just today.
