The USA web site does not allow for shipping orders from that web site, outside the USA.
So, people who want Fathers Day discounting outside the USA, apparently need to go to a different company, such as (but not limited to - I do not know about other companies offering Fathers Day discounting) MyHeritage DNA or FamilyTreeDNA.
