Since you're using the RPI 4,? I would like to suggest you download and install the? Allstarlink ASL 2.0.0 Beta version.? This includes the Echolink configuration as well.
Plus the supermon which will allow you to control the software remotely.??
The Allstarlink ASL 2.0.0 Beta version is what I personally installed after failing multiple times with other version.
