Should I celebrate each kilo or pound I lose?

It’s ALL good! If you are losing weight the right way, then every kilogram is a celebration and every kilogram matters.

Two clients, Moe and Abe, both hit milestones last week. Moe crossed the down-50-kilo-mark (that’s 110 pounds). 50 kilos is a lot of weight. If you saw a “before and after” image you might not even know it was the same person.

Abe came to The Wellness Clinic much more recently than Moe. Last week Abe crossed the down-5-kilo-mark. Why celebrate Abe’s milestone? Because after a lifetime of terrible struggle, now he knows how and what to eat and does daily exercise. Now Abe is ready to have 5 kilos turn into 50!
