FYI the correct way to get a notary in Israel for the USA is to get an Israeli lawyer notary. The fee is standard so there is no competition for a better price.
You then get the notarized document(s) stamped with an Apostile, which is according to the signers of the Hague Convention. You get the Apostille at a court house. The lawyer notary should know where you should go. The fee is also standard.
It is not legal to have someone who is authorized as a notary in a US state to do it here, only in their state.
