With the rainy, cold weather over the last few weeks, getting exercise in can be a challenge.
For those without access to exercise equipment, here’s a few ideas:

Walk up and down the stairs – Try going up 2 steps at a time. Do multiple sets.
Jumping jacks - A great aerobic exercise! In between sets you can do pushups or sit-ups
Walking or jogging – Moving in place to some upbeat music is great for cardiac fitness!
If you can handle something more advanced, search online for an indoor workout with an instructor at your level.
