The loops in the cavities and the phasing lines between cavities are also the wrong lengths.
We have had good luck returning 440 MHz cavities on their 3rd harmonics for 1270 MHz repeaters.?? Start by tuning the cavities to 1/3rd of your desired frequency.? i.e. 1280/3 Interestingly this gets you close but the cavities will need another tweak at 1280 MHz.? 3rd harmonic is close, but not exact.?? Starting at 1280 MHz is more difficult.? There are a lot of other modes running around and lots of false dips.

?
I have a 800 mHz tx/rx duplexer that I would like to push to 23cm for a D-star repeater. Can anyone tell me the actual length of the tx/rx tripexer cans?
I am not sure if this is even possible but the duplexer was cheap and someone must have homebrewed a 23cm duplexer before.
