This is the final week for registration to D-STAR InfoCon, a full day of D-STAR
training and information to be held at Georgia Gwinnett College in
Lawrenceville, Georgia on Saturday, April 23rd. You must register in advance

Your $25.00 registration fee includes a buffet lunch conveniently on campus.
Our speakers and presenters include some of the leaders and innovators in D-STAR
including Robin Curshaw, AA4RC, the creator of the DV Dongle, DV Access Point
and DPlus software used by almost all of the repeater gateways for linking.
Pete Loveall, AE5PL, will join us by video conference to talk about the D-STAR
data capabilities and its use with the GPS and GPS-A features. Pete is the
author of other functions running on D-STAR repeaters for position reporting to
the APRS-IS network and other reporting features.
David Lake, G4ULF, will also join us by video conference to provide information
on his gateway software and repeater system using standard radios. The G4ULF
system is the only non-Icom gateway software approved for use on the US Trust
Servers.
Ken Adkisson, WB4FAY, will present information on administering and maintaining
D-STAR repeater systems. Ken is the author of Dplusreport and Monlink which are
widely used for net Control functions and system utilities.
Other presenters will provide valuable training for beginners and new D-STAR
users from the basics to hands-on radio programming. More experienced users can
learn about D-STAR's high speed data on 1.2 GHz and D-RATS, the one program for
D-STAR data. System administrators and repeater owners can learn about
repeaters from the ground up through ongoing system administration.
D-STAR InfoCon is the one place for D-STAR information. Registration closes
