Thanks for the insight! I guess I am confused.? Looking at Icom's website and HRO, it appears the current models are the Gen 3 ID-RP2010V, ID-RP4010V and IDRP1200DV. HRO has the ID-RP2010V in stock.?
Can someone point me to the evolution of the DSTAR repeaters??
Any 1.2 repeaters that you have that I could deploy in Houston,? I would interested.

? We have a vast fleet of D-Star repeaters in MN.? We are upgrading most voice modules to the new dual mode (+FM) hardware.? Thanks Ray ? ?Let me ask if we have spare/take out controllers.? ?I just sold my spare controller which was collecting dust. ? We are in the EMCOM world up here and every monthly FEMA call preaches interoperability (and “Whole Community” LOL) ?above all else.? Which Internet/Digital/Motorola/hotspot mode of the week is geekiest not so much.? ?? ? 1.2 DV was a Japan/California full repeater bands thing and has not taken off generally.? Radios are pricey.? We have a couple of 1.2 DV machines up- crickets.? ? Erik, NY9D ? ? ? ? ? Michael, I believe all of the repeaters in that generation are EOL.? Our RP2C died, so all of the repeaters are out of service, and ICOM can no longer repair the RP2C. Let me know if you're interested in one of the repeaters.? We still have the RP2V and RP2D. "I don’t believe we sell this item anymore, and there is currently no information on whether it will be available again"?
