3. Dropper Tool
Left click on your?tube to?pick?a
dark color for your Foreground
Right click to pick a?light
for your Background

4. Image >?Resize
Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Resize all layers?= Checked?

Width?= No more than?300 Pixels

Height?= No more than?300 Pixels
