Foreground
Right click on your tube to pick a
darker?color for your Background

4. Image >?Resize
Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Resize all layers?= Checked?

Width?= No more than?340 Pixels

Height?= No more than?380 Pixels
