Open your Two Templates
in your PSP and minimize

Open any Accents in PSP and
minimize

Okay Let's Get Started!!

Header
?
1. File > Open
Your tube
?
2. Window >?Duplicate (Shift?+ D)
Close original??
?
3. Dropper Tool
Left click on your tube to?pick?a Dark
color for your Foreground
Right click on your tube to pick a
Medium?color for your Background
*We will be using?3 different colors
in this Tutorial..so choose
a third text friendly (Light)?color for
your background as well*
?
4. Image >?Resize
Settings:

Resample using?= Smart Size

Lock aspect ratio?= Checked

Resize all layers?= Checked?

Width?= No more than?400 Pixels

Height?= No more than?450 Pixels

5. Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen

?

6. Edit > Copy

(your main tube)

7. Activate your

8. Layers Palette
Activate your?Top Layer
(Credits)

9. Layers > Delete
?
10. Adjust > Color Balance >
Manual Color Correction
Settings:
Manual target color = Checked
Freehand selection = Unchecked
Colors:
Source = #808080
Target = Foreground color
(Dark)

11. Effects > Texture Effects >
Blinds
Settings:
Width = 3
Opacity = 18
Color = Background
(Medium)
Horizontal = Unchecked
Light from left/top = Checked

12. Edit > Paste As New Layer
(your main tube)

13. Move Tool

Arrange to your liking

*Optional

You may choose to resize your

tube more or less at this point

14. Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Settings:
Vertical?& Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 65
Blur = 12.00
Color = Black
Shadow on new layer =?Unchecked?
*do not add a drop shadow to a
misted tube*

15.?Add any Accents now

(arrange as you choose &?add a
drop shadow if you choose)

16. Add any text and a
drop shadow to your text
if you choose

17. Layers > New Raster Layer

18. Add your Watermark
?
19. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible

Crop Tool
You may choose to snap crop to
Layer Opaque to get rid of any
empty space around your header

20. File > Export > PNG Optimizer
Settings:
Colors Tab:
16.7 Million Colors (24 Bit)
Transparency Tab:
Alpha channel transparency and
Existing image or layer transparency
Gamma Tab:
Gamma = 45455
Format Tab:
Non-Interlaced
Download Times Tab:
Just leave these numbers as-is

Name your Header Image and
press Save

Width = 1800 Pixels (or your choice)

Placement = Center Left

5. Layers > New Raster Layer

6. Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

7. Materials Palette
Change your Foreground to your
Third color we chose earlier
(Light/Text friendly)

8. Flood Fill Tool
Settings:

Match mode?= None

Use all layers?= Not checked

Blend mode?= Normal

Opacity?= 100

Left click to fill with your Light/Text

friendly color

9. Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds

10. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
