Tube?of choice (wider than taller works best)
Mask:

(Imbedded at bottom of tut)
(Place?in PSP Masks folder)

Performance notes: Settings will remain the same unless otherwise noted
Let's Create!
1. File, Open, tube?
2. Duplicate tube?(Shift & D)?and close original
3. Resize your tube to no more than?245 pixels?high and?350 wide using Smart Size
4. Adjust, sharpness, sharpen (if necessary)
5. Use your dropper tool and from your tube?choose?a?medium color.
place?medium color?in background (right click)
6. Edit, copy your tube and minimize
7.?File, new, new image:
Width: 400 pixels
Height: 350 pixels
Transparent: checked
8. Flood fill with?medium color (right click)
9. Selections, select all
10. Edit, paste, paste into selection
11. Selections, select none
12. Effects, image effects, seamless tiling:
Default settings

13.?Effects, plugins, namesuppressed, Plaid Lite:
Pattern: 60
Rotate: 0
Zoom: 53
Colors: 0
High Quality
Make Seamless: NOT checked

14. Effects, plugins, Filter Factory Gallery N - Wee Scratches (or Tramages - Wee Scratches) :

15. Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk:
Mask: bottomfade
Source luminance: checked
Fit to canvas: checked
Invert transparency: not checked
Hide all mask: checked
Load
16. Layers, merge, merge group
17. Edit, paste, paste as new layer (your tube)
18. Move tool - place tube to your liking (resize if you need to)
19. Effects, 3D effects, drop shadow: (or use drop shadow of your choice)
V&H: 0
Opacity: 55
Blur: 12
Color: black
Shadow on new layer NOT checked
(Do not add a drop shadow to a misted tube)
20. Layers, new raster layer
21. Add any text, accents, and your watermark
22. Image, canvas size:
Height: 2700 pixels (or your preference)
Placement: top middle
23. Layers, new raster layer
24. Layers, arrange, send to bottom
25. Flood fill with?medium color (right click)
26. Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise:
Uniform/monochrome
Noise: 10%
27. Effects, plugins, namesuppressed, Plaid Lite
28. Effects, plugins, Filter Factory Gallery N - Wee Scratches
29. Layers, merge, merge all (flatten)
30.?File, export,?JPEG optimizer?20?
Take to letter creator and make your own stationery
