Virgil beamed at the older man's praise, feeling all warm and squishy on his insides about it. Most likely it was the combination of 'shrooms and alcohol talking, but who didn't want to feel appreciated? He nodded his head vigorously making his hair flop with the motion. Sebastian seemed to understand him.

Once Virgil opened the door and let someone in his heart, he gave everything he had. Even having been heartbroken once or twice hadn't really dampened the habit. And Rosalind and Ella deserve everything he could muster for them. And Nova and Cobbs, they taught him to love himself. After that it was easier to love others...

He looked up when Sebastian suggested they come for dinner, and that he should bring his family. Talk about making things 'official like' he called it. Virgil had never really thought of him and the girls as being 'unofficial', but he grinned at the idea of a?family?gathering. "I'd like that" he replied and let a giggle escape him at the old man's cackle.

Official... the word seeped into his mind. Virgil hadn't even taken his father's surname officially and he knew he should, after all Cobbs had more to do with raising him than his parents ever did... especially his real father. Nova was just a baby when their father found her, she had nothing right from the get go. Not even a name as a clue.

The young man looked at Sebastian through his thick, black hair that almost obscured his greenish hazel eyes that were half lidded because he was a little high, and a little drunk. Virgil gave a smile, "Now how about one of those raunchy stories?"
