Trying to Download a IC-2300H

Any other ideas?

I have two radios and both have the same errors.

Load an old version?

The USB cable worked on an IC2370 just fine with chirp.

I would suggest that you visit the official CHIRP website (chirpmyradio.com) and open a ticket in the bug tracking system.
