Hi Roger,

Foam? With an endmill cutter? Probably NOTHING! Foam or wax should be
EASY to cut. As long as you can move the ways, you should have no
resistance! I think I'd shoot for wood, anyway. Never know when you
might want to move up! You haven't said how BIG this router is to be,
or what you're gonna make!
