Since we will be on a soft start the clock will not be running. The site will send an email when someone makes a pick and tell which team is on the ¡°clock¡±.

Making lists on the site is not a GREAT idea, but highly encouraged.

My plan is to start the clock on Friday afternoon, but I will announce before I do that.

I will TRY to put out a C-File at the end of each round.
