BTW I'm using an Starlight Xpress Mx7-c with my fastar lens. Most
of the
starlight cameras should work with their adapter. They're smaller
and
lighter than the ST-237 so that shouldn't be an issue.

Well that is great to know about the Starlight Express cameras. I
know they seem to give you a lot of capability for a lot less money
than Brand S....
And for Jupiter shots, nothing beats a one-shot color cam. But it is
good news indeed that the cameras will work in the FASTAR
configurations.
Is the HX916 about the same size as the others? That looks like a
very nice camera for a small amount of money. On the downside it
would be nice if they had a temperature regulator on their cooling
system for those long deep space exposures.
