I have a C14 and the mirror flop is almost imperceptible. Certainly no loss of collimation or quality of the stars. I can do a closed loop slew across the Meridian, my rotator rotates, and I find the object or star with no degradation in the quality of the picture. ? Gary ? Carpe Noctem ?
