Re: 9300 pics plus a couple of extras.

Re: CP extended range dynamic and fuel tanks
I think that the extended range dynamics weren't standard at first. But you are correct all of CP's SD40-2's came with extended range dynamics. Manny Jacob would be the one to ask about the

Re: HO Kato CP Rail SD40-2 snoots

is producing, the BCR, BNSF and ATSF units should have low

Re: HO Kato CP Rail SD40-2 snoots
Heck, if someone was making a CP SD40-2, that was correct, I'd buy at least 20 of them. There are lots of folks that I know that would buy some as well.

Hello all:
From what I understand from the old-timers, what was done with
locomotive snowplows depended somewhat upon location and period.

Do you know if this train terminates in Toronto and is there a possibility
the units would return west on Sunday? Is 408 an intermodal train? Any other

Hello gang.
True enough, James. But ... to get back to the nub of the discussion,
the G3 Pacifics did not have such heaters at the time of their
construction, starting in 1919. If memory serves me

Besides the 3 units already mentioned(4657, 3024, 3111) as being at Ogden,
is it yet known what other numbers will follow in the program to overhaul
