Looks like CP axed a couple more westbounds during the last couple of
months, no more 407 or 431?
I'm not sure about 431, but 407 surely still runs. It's route is a bit
different now though. 407 begins in Windsor, Ontario, heads east along the
Galt sub to Lambton yard in Toronto and then heads north on the Mactier
sub. You probably don't see it because the times have changed. It heads
up the Mactier usually in late afternoon now.
