An eastbound (possibly 422) thru Burlington, ON. this afternoon just before
3 PM has a small unit with marker BMEX 523.
Passed quickly and didn't get a good look but thought it was in colours resembling the Quebec
North Shore and
Labrador Railway Company.
No idea what type it is.
Anyone see it and can provide additional info, would be appreciated.
